Excellent experience from Home Truths, I had an appointment with a popular chain estate agents and I got the impression that my house was being placed on a conveyer belt, with the priority being a quick sale. We didn’t need a quick sale as we hadn’t found a property and I felt they under valued my home for that reason.

Home Truths have been brilliant and I couldn't recommend them enough. From the initial viewings all the way through to picking up the keys on completion, Imogen and the team were amazing. They helped with chasing solicitors, organising a completion date that worked for both us and the sellers, and just generally keeping us regularly updated all the way through the process. We primarily communicated over the phone which meant that everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Imogen was transparent throughout the process so we never felt our interests were second place to the seller's, which we really appreciated. We managed to complete in 4-5 months and are really thankful for all of the help provided by Imogen and the rest of the team at Home Truths. 10/10 Service.

Five star service from start to finish! Not only was our house sold in super quick time but Home Truths attention to detail was second to none. Add to that the easily approachable and very friendly staff who were always willing to go the extra yard for us and you have the perfect set up for a totally stress free house sale experience! Don't be put off by the fact that they are based in Eccleston if you live elsewhere because trust me it doesn't make one bit of a difference as HT's would sell your house if they were based on The Moon! That's how good they are.
